CONTACT FORM
When using the contact form, name, email address, selected service, preferred scope, project location and message are processed to answer the request. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect against automated abuse. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual request).
AERIAL FOOTAGE OF THIRD PARTIES
During photo, video and mapping assignments, people, vehicles or buildings belonging to third parties may appear in the material. We plan flight paths and camera angles to minimize this and align sensitive footage with the client in advance. Requests to remove footage can be sent to the email address listed in the legal notice.
HOSTING
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages. When accessing the site, technical access data (including IP address, timestamp) is processed by Cloudflare to ensure delivery.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
